LONDON – 1st November, 2019 – Calash, a strategy and M&A advisory firm focused on the energy and industrials sectors, today announced that it served as advisor to Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: SCU) (“Sculptor”) in connection with debt financing provided by Sculptor to Waldorf Production for their acquisition of Endeavour Energy UK. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Calash conducted commercial diligence on Endeavour Energy’s assets, primarily focusing on the Alba and Bacchus oil fields. Working closely with Sculptor, Waldorf and relevant third-parties, Calash provided a forensic overview of the viability of Endeavour’s assets, including: production and revenue forecasts, projected operating costs, timing and extent of liabilities, and identification and implication of associated risks to investment.
